How to create TEAMS?
Working in a team makes tackling problems, sharing insights, and collaborating on projects more manageable. It is precisely what KrispCall focuses on with its TEAMS.
Creating Teams is also a straightforward process. Here is how you can do it in a few steps:
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard using the credentials (email and password).
Step 2: On the left-hand side of the window, in section 2, click on the " + " sign beside " TEAMS. " It will prompt a pop-up asking you to enter your team's name.
Step 3: Enter your team's name and click on the " Create Team " button. Another pop-up appears asking you to add your team members.
Step 4: Select the members from the list and click on the " Done " button.
You will have a team created with the members you selected. You can add members to your team at later parts too.
