How to remove members (users) from workspace?

Is one of your team members no longer working with you? Or maybe they no longer need to use their KrispCall account or number? No problem!

As an owner or admin on your KrispCall account can easily remove them from your account.

Remove members/users from workspace

Remove members/users from your workspace with some quick steps once you’ve logged in as directed below:

Step 1: [Log in]( to your dashboard using your login credentials (email & password) that you used while creating your account.

Step 2: On the leftmost side of the window, select the workspace where you want to remove a member from.

Step 3: On the left-hand panel, click on the Settings, which opens up a Settings panel, where you can select the Members, which opens up a Members panel.

Step 4: Click on the 3 dots on the right side of the member you want to remove. This action drops (down) options to "change role" or "remove."

Step 5: Click on the remove button. It opens up a pop-up window, "Remove Member." It gives you options to cancel the action or proceed with removing the member.

Confirm the decision by clicking on the remove button on the pop-up dialogue box.

These steps will successfully remove members/users from your workspace.
