How to block a phone number in KrispCall?
Are unwanted people (contacts) bothering you? It seems so since you are here. Do not worry. You can effortlessly block them and restrict them from reaching you via messages or phone calls.
KrispCall values your time, and we do not want you wasting it on unnecessary calls and messages.
Open the KrispCall app on your mobile phone.
You will be, by default, on the Call Box page, where you can tap on the phone number you want to block.
The conversation page opens with a triple dot on the window's top-right corner. Tap on the Triple dots.
It presents you with a page with some information and an option, Block Contact, which you should tap to continue.
A pop-up will appear from the bottom of the screen asking you to confirm blocking by clicking on the Block Contact or cancel the process. Tap on "Block Contact" to block the number.
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard using the credentials (email and password).
Step 2: On the left-hand side of the window, under the NUMBERS, select the phone number from which you want to block the number. It will open up the call log panel.
Step 3: Click on the phone number that you want to block. It will open the conversation panel.
Step 4: Click on the i button in the window's top-right corner. It shows the contact details of the phone number and provides some clickable options.
Step 5: You can see a triple dot button below the phone number. Click on it to continue.
Step 6: Click on the Block Number option, which brings up a pop-up window to confirm your block or cancel the process.
Step 7: Click on the Block button to confirm your decision.
From now on, the specific number will not be able to contact you by SMS or call.
