How to add multiple phone numbers to your KrispCall account?
A single phone number cannot sustain the communication load, especially in a business. You require multiple phone numbers for different departments to smoothen the flow of communication and user experience.
So how do you add multiple phone numbers to your KrispCall account? It is a simple and iterative process. Add your first number and follow the same process.
The good part is you can add multiple numbers at once. Here is how you do it.
Step 1: Create a KrispCall account. You can use a mobile or a web app to do so. Click here to learn to create your KrispCall account effortlessly.
Step 2: Log in to your account/dashboard using the credentials (email and password).
Step 3: On the left-hand side of the window, click on the + sign beside NUMBERS.
Or, click on Settings followed by My Numbers and + Add New Number button. Either of these actions will open a window where you can search and purchase phone numbers.
Step 4: Select a country for your desired phone number. You can select different countries for each phone number or the same for all phone numbers.
Step 5: Select a specific location to localize your phone number. And abilities (Voice, SMS, and MMS).
Step 6: Use the Advanced Filter option to create vanity numbers or select a typical pattern for your phone numbers.
Step 7: Click on the Search Numbers button. It will show the available numbers matching up to your criteria and descriptions.
Step 8: Click on the Buy Number button beside your preferred number (a small window pops up), assign a name to it, and click on the Add to Cart button.
Repeat step 8 to add multiple numbers to your cart.
Step 9: Once you have selected your phone numbers, click on the Cart🛒 icon in the window's top-right corner.
Step 10: Click on the Confirm Purchase button.
Note: The numbers will be available in your dashboard once the sales team verifies your payment and documentation (if needed). Documents required for verification vary from country to country, and it may take up to 3 days to complete.
