How to set up Salesforce integration with KrispCall
Integrating your Salesforce account with KrispCall brings your calls, messages, and customer data together in one place. The KrispCall x Salesforce integration makes it easy to keep track of every interaction, automate call and message records, and help your team work more efficiently.
Pre-requisites
- API access must be enabled in Salesforce for all users who will use the integration.
- Salesforce Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer, or Performance editions include API access; Professional Edition requires an API add-on. The integration works with all KrispCall subscription plans; each user must have an active KrispCall account.
- The person setting up the integration must be a System Administrator in Salesforce, and the person authorizing the connection must be an Account Owner (Manager role) in KrispCall.
- The email address in Salesforce should match the email address in KrispCall for proper user mapping and call logging.
- Salesforce accounts must be active and not restricted by IP login ranges or security settings that block API calls from KrispCall.
- Any “Login IP Ranges” or “Two-Factor Authentication” rules in Salesforce must allow API access for KrispCall.
- Use an updated web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox recommended).
- Allow KrispCall and Salesforce domains through your firewall or security software to avoid connection issues.
