How to Integrate Your Pabbly Connect Account with KrispCall?

Pabbly Connect has over 1000 applications in its arsenal. So integrating KrispCall cloud telephony with Pabbly Connect unlocks an awful lot of possibilities. KrispCall + Pabbly Connect integration helps to enhance customer experience through personalized telephony, facilitates efficient lead management, and provides valuable insights for data-driven decision-making, among others.

In this article, we'll guide with through a step-by-step procedure to integrate your KrispCall account with Pabbly Connect and enrich your business phone with the aforementioned functionalities and more.

How to integrate Pabbly Connect with KrispCall (From Pabbly Connect)?



Step 1: Log in to your Pabbly account.

Step 2: In the All Apps tab of your Pabbly account, Click on the Access Now button below the Pabbly Connect.



Step 3: Clicking the Access Now button opens a new window in a new tab. In the new window, click on the Create Workflow button.



Step 4: To create a Pabbly Connect Workflow, you will have to provide a name to it and define the location where you want it to be saved. Once you have provided the details, click on the Create button.



Step 5: Now Choose your Application for Trigger and set the Trigger accordingly.



Step 5 (Continued): If you are looking to use KrispCall as the application for the trigger, search KrispCall in the search box and select it when the result appears. KrispCall currently provides triggers like New Contact, New Voicemail, and New SMS/MMS.



Step 6: Once you are done setting up the Application for Triggers and the Trigger, click on the Connect button.



Step 7: You will then be asked to provide additional details regarding the Trigger. Provide the details as per your requirements and fill in the API Key and Secret Key.



Step 8: To get/generate the API key and Secret Key, go to Settings in the KrispCall App and click on the Developer option under App Settings. You can click on the Copy button next to the keys to copy the keys.



Step 9: Use the API Key and Secret Key so generated in Pabbly Connect. Once you are done, click on the Save button.



Step 10: After clicking the Save button, you trigger action will be all set. You can even test if the triggers are functioning well. For that, you'll have to click on Save & Send Test Request. It will take a few moments to get a response from KrispCall. You will be alerted about it as well.



Step 11: If a trigger action happens on KrispCall, you can see the response to that as well.



Step 12: Once you have completed the setup of the Trigger, select the Application for Action in a similar fashion.



Step 13: Choose the action event from the given set of options and click on the Connect button. Afterward, click on the Connect With Gmail button and provide you login credentials. Once you have successfully logged in and the application is successfully connected, click on the Save button.



Step 13 (Continued): Fill in details details like how and where the action event should take place. Once you are done, you have the option to Save & Send Test Request or just Save it.




Step 14: Once the Triggers and Actions are properly set, your Workflow will come live and you will start getting responses for the Actions and Triggers so set.

How to integrate Pabbly Connect with KrispCall (From KrispCall)?



Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and Go to Settings.

Step 2: In the Settings menu, you'll find Integrations under App Settings. Click on it.

Step 3: Clicking this will bring up a list of business tools and CRM software you can integrate with KrispCall. To integrate KrispCall with Pabbly Connect, click on the Connect → button just below Pabbly Connect.



Step 4: Clicking on the Connect → button opens a new window asking you to sign up or log in to the Pabbly Connect account you want to integrate with KrispCall. Log in to your Pabbly account to proceed.

Step 5: Once you are logged in to your Pabbly Connect account, in the All Apps tab of your Pabbly account, Click on the Access Now button below the Pabbly Connect.



Step 6: Clicking the Access Now button opens a new window in a new tab. In the new window, click on the Create Workflow button.
