Integrating KrispCall with Teamtailor brings your recruitment calls directly into candidate profiles and streamlines your hiring workflow.

Call candidates from their profiles, track conversation history, and keep your entire team aligned on every interaction without switching apps.


This guide walks you through the integration setup, call logging configuration, and team access management so that you can handle all candidate touchpoints from within Teamtailor.

How to integrate your Teamtailor account with KrispCall


Simply follow these steps to integrate your Teamtailor account with KrispCall with ease.


Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and go to “Settings.”


Step 2: Click on the “Integrations” seen under “APP SETTINGS.”

Step 3: Search for “Teamtailor” among the different automation tools and CRMs, then click the “Connect” button to start the integration.

Step 4: Clicking the Connect button takes you to your Teamtailor account. 

Step 5: To access your API keys, log into your Teamtailor account, go to Settings > Integrations > API keys.

Step 6: Now, to activate the Webhook in your Teamtailor account. Navigate to Settings > Add-ons in your Teamtailor account. Check if webhooks already appear under "Activated add-ons." If not, click the '+' button to add a new add-on.

Step 7: After clicking the '+' button, select All and search for Webhooks. Click Learn More, then click the Activate add-on button to enable webhooks for your account.

Step 8: Once webhooks are activated, a bar appears under your integrations section. And in order to set up a webhook in Teamtailor, go to Integrations > Webhooks and click Create New Webhook. A webhook configuration screen will appear.

Step 9: Enter a label for your webhook (e.g., "KrispCall Integration" or "Recruitment Calls"). For the webhook URL, copy your KrispCall app link and add “/api/v3/crm/teamtailor/callback” to the end. Your complete URL should look like: https://app.safefamilyapp.com/api/v3/crm/teamtailor/callback

Step 10: Under Candidate as resource, activate both "create" and "update" as subscriptions.

Step 11: Set the signature version to v2, then click Save. Your webhook is now fully configured and ready to be maintained.

Step 12: Finally, return to your KrispCall account. Teamtailor should now appear under Active Integrations with a success message confirming the connection is complete.


Manage member integration settings by admin/owner


  1. Make sure every member has an integrated Teamtailor account.
  2. The admin/owner can view and make changes to a member’s account settings.
  3. Members cannot view admin/owner integrations.
  4. Changes made by members to their settings don't affect admin/owner settings.
  5. Changes made by admin/owner to their settings don't affect members’ settings.

Integration Settings


After successfully integrating Teamtailor, users can manage the integration settings as needed. In the first step, you can choose to either edit or delete the integration.


  1. To delete an active integration, click the three-dot menu and select “Delete.”

  1. To edit the integration, click the three-dot menu and select “Edit.” The Edit option lets you adjust various settings and update the integration to your requirements.

General Settings


General Settings is the first configuration section and includes three additional options. By default, all toggle buttons in this section are enabled.


  • Create new contacts for calls: Enables one-way contact sync from KrispCall to Teamtailor. When turned on, any contact created in KrispCall is automatically synced to Teamtailor. If turned off, contacts will not be synced.
  • Contacts 2-way sync: Enables two-way contact synchronization between KrispCall and Teamtailor. When enabled, contacts created in Teamtailor are synced to KrispCall and vice versa. This option also supports initial syncing, meaning existing contacts in either platform will be synced to both systems when the toggle is turned on.
  • Notes logging: Allows notes created, edited, or deleted during calls or from the conversation box in KrispCall to be synced to Teamtailor. If this toggle is turned off, notes will not be logged in Teamtailor.

Workflow Settings


The Workflow Settings section appears immediately after General Settings. By default, all options in this section are set to Tickets, but users can customize them based on their requirements.


  1. Log incoming answered calls as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled: Enabling the setting as Calls (Engagements) syncs the incoming answered calls to Comments at Teamtailor. Enabling the setting as Disabled will not sync the incoming answered calls to Teamtailor.
  2. Log incoming unanswered calls as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled: Enabling the setting as Calls (Engagements) syncs the incoming unanswered calls to Comments at Teamtailor. Enabling the setting as Disabled will not sync the incoming unanswered calls to Teamtailor.
  3. Log outgoing answered calls as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled. Enabling the setting as Calls (Engagements) will sync outgoing answered calls to Comments at Teamtailor. Enabling the setting as Disabled will not sync the outgoing answered calls to Teamtailor.
  4. Log outgoing unanswered calls as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled: Enabling the setting as Calls (Engagements) will sync the outgoing unanswered calls to Comments at Teamtailor. Enabling the Disabled setting prevents outgoing unanswered calls from being synced to Teamtailor. 
  5. Log voicemail as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled: Enabling the settings as Calls (Engagements) will sync the voicemail log to Comments at Teamtailor. Enabling the Disabled setting prevents the voicemail log from being synced to Teamtailor.
  6. Log incoming SMS as SMS/Disabled: Enabling the setting SMS will sync the incoming SMS to Comments at Teamtailor. However, it will not sync if the setting is disabled. 
  7. Log outgoing SMS as SMS/Disabled: Enabling the setting to SMS will sync outgoing SMS to Comments at Teamtailor. However, it will not sync if the setting is disabled. 

Connected Numbers


The Connected Numbers setting appears after Workflow Settings. It allows users to specify which phone numbers should have calls and SMS synced to Teamtailor.


  1. Log phone calls for these phone numbers: By default, the numbers available in the channel at the time of integration are selected. Only calls for these numbers will be synced to Teamtailor.
  2. Log SMS for these phone numbers: By default, the numbers available in the channel at the time of integration are selected. This ensures that SMS messages for these numbers are synced to Teamtailor.


If a new number is purchased after integration, it must be added manually under Connected Numbers. 

Note: If no numbers are selected, call logs and SMS messages will not be synced to Teamtailor.
