How to Integrate Your Salesloft Account with KrispCall?



Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and navigate to Settings.

Step 2: Under the App Settings section in Settings, find and select Integrations.



Step 3: In Integrations, you’ll see a list of automation tools and CRMs that can connect with KrispCall. Locate Salesloft and click on the Connect button below it.



Step 4: Once you click Connect, a message will confirm that the CRM integration was successful, and Salesloft will appear in the Active Integrations list.



Integration Settings



To edit the integration, click on the three dots menu and select Edit. Here, you’ll find various settings options that allow you to customize the integration based on your needs. Adjust the settings as needed, and changes will be applied to fit your requirements.



General Settings



The General Settings section is the first option in Settings and includes three additional settings. By default, all toggle buttons in this section are turned on.



Create New Contacts for Calls: When this toggle is on, contacts created in KrispCall will automatically sync to Salesloft. If the toggle is off, new contacts won’t sync between the platforms.

Contacts 2-Way Sync: This toggle allows two-way contact syncing. When on, contacts created in either Salesloft or KrispCall will sync to the other platform. It also initiates an initial sync, syncing any pre-existing contacts between KrispCall and Salesloft. When off, contacts won’t sync.

Notes Logging: This setting syncs any notes that are created, edited, or deleted in KrispCall’s conversation box or during calls to Salesloft. Turning off this toggle stops note syncing between the platforms.

Workflow Settings



The Workflow Settings section follows General Settings. By default, all options are set to Calls (Engagements), but users can customize each setting as needed.



Log Outgoing Answered Calls: Set this to Calls (Engagements) to sync outgoing answered calls to Salesloft. If set to Disabled, these calls won’t sync.

Log Outgoing Unanswered Calls: Choose Calls (Engagements) to sync outgoing unanswered calls to Salesloft. Selecting Disabled will prevent these calls from syncing.

Log Incoming Answered Calls: With Calls (Engagements) enabled, incoming answered calls are synced to Salesloft. Choosing Disabled stops these calls from syncing.

Log Incoming Unanswered Calls: Select Calls (Engagements) to sync incoming unanswered calls to Salesloft. Set to Disabled to exclude these calls from syncing.

Log Voicemail: Enable Calls (Engagements) to sync voicemail logs to Salesloft. Set to Disabled if you don’t want voicemails to sync.

Connected Numbers



The Connected Numbers setting comes after Workflow Settings and includes one main option:



Log Phone Calls for These Numbers: When the integration is initially set up, all available numbers in the channel are automatically selected for call logging.

If a user buys a new number after the integration, they need to add it to the connected numbers list manually.

Note: If no numbers are selected, call logs won’t sync to Salesloft.
