Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and navigate to the Settings.
Step 2: In the Settings menu, look for the Integrations option under App Settings and click on it.
Step 3: Upon clicking it, a list of business tools and CRM software you can integrate with KrispCall will be shown. To integrate KrispCall with Pepper Cloud CRM, click the Connect → button below Pepper Cloud CRM.
Step 4: Clicking on the Connect → button opens a new pop-up window asking you to enter the email ID and Password of the Pepper Cloud CRM account.
Note: This step occurs after you've already logged into your Pepper Cloud CRM account, and it allows you to link it with KrispCall.
Step 5: After clicking the accept button, you will be redirected back to the KrispCall application, and a message confirming the successful integration will appear on your screen.
After integrating Pepper Cloud CRM into KrispCall, users gain the ability to toggle various settings on and off. The first area to explore is the general settings.
(Point to remember: All the setting options for general and workflow settings will be activated by default when the integration is done for the first time.)
In the three-dot menu for active integration, you have two choices: edit or delete. Selecting the edit option brings up the general settings window, where you can customize three different settings.
Create new contacts for calls: Add new contacts to the address book in Pepper Cloud CRM. This option is used for one-way contact sync i.e.contact created in KrispCall should be synced to Pepper Cloud CRM if the toggle is on.
Contacts 2-Way sync: Contacts added and updated in KrispCall must synchronize in Pepper Cloud CRM and vice versa. This option is used for two-way contact synced where contact created and updated in KrispCall should be synced to Pepper Cloud CRM and vice-versa when the toggle is on. Also, after toggling on the initial contact in Pepper Cloud CRM and KrispCall will be synced with each other.
( Note: Webhook is not provided for two-way sync, so not implemented for now)
Noted logging: Drop only notes in call details. This option is used to save/sync notes to Pepper Cloud CRM only when the toggle is on.
The workflow settings can be found immediately following the general settings. By changing/clicking the mouse pointer the workflow setting options are opened. Within the workflow settings, there are 5 settings options available till now.
