How to Integrate Your Outplay Account With KrispCall?



Here are the steps to easily integrate your Outplay account with KrispCall:

Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and navigate to the Settings.

Step 2: In the Settings section, find Integrations under the APP SETTINGS tab and click on it.



Step 3: In the Integrations section, you will see various automation tools and CRMs available for integration. To integrate Outplay with KrispCall, click the Connect button below Outplay.



Step 4: After clicking the Connect button, a pop-up window will appear, asking for your Outplay Client ID, Secret Key, and Location.



Step 5: To obtain the Client ID, Secret Key, and Location, log in to your Outplay account and go to Settings.



Step 6: Scroll down and click on Integrations and API.



Step 7: Click Create API Key, then copy the API credentials and paste them into the pop-up window in KrispCall.





Step 8: Click Submit. A message confirming the integration will appear, and Outplay will be listed under Active Integrations in KrispCall.



Integration Settings



After successfully integrating Outplay, users can manage various settings to customize their integration. To edit the integration, click on the three dots and select Edit. In the edit options, users can modify settings to suit their specific needs.



1. General Settings



The General Settings section provides several toggle buttons that are enabled by default. These settings allow users to control contact syncing and note logging:

Create new contacts for calls: When toggled on, new contacts created in KrispCall are automatically synced to Outplay. If toggled off, contacts are not synced.

Contacts 2-way sync: When toggled on, contacts created in Outplay are synced back to KrispCall. Toggling it off prevents this sync. This setting also allows the syncing of previously existing contacts between KrispCall and Outplay.

Notes logging: This option syncs any notes created, edited, or deleted during calls or conversations to Outplay. If toggled off, notes will not sync.



2. Workflow Settings



After the General Settings, you'll find the Workflow Settings. By default, all options are set to Calls (Engagements), but you can change them as needed:

Log outgoing answered calls as Calls (Engagements) / Disabled: Enabling Calls (Engagements) syncs outgoing answered calls to Outplay, while Disabled prevents this sync.

Log outgoing unanswered calls as Calls (Engagements) / Disabled: Enabling Calls (Engagements) syncs outgoing unanswered calls, while Disabled stops the sync.

Log incoming answered calls as Calls (Engagements) / Disabled: Enabling Calls (Engagements) syncs incoming answered calls, while Disabled stops the sync.

Log incoming unanswered calls as Calls (Engagements) / Disabled: Enabling Calls (Engagements) syncs incoming unanswered calls, while Disabled prevents the sync.

Log voicemail as Calls (Engagements) / Disabled: Enabling Calls (Engagements) syncs voicemail logs to Outplay, while Disabled prevents the sync.



3. Connected Numbers



The Connected Numbers settings appear after the Workflow settings. There’s only one option available here:

Log phone calls for these numbers: This option lets you select one or more phone numbers from the available list within your workspace. When enabled, phone calls made from the selected numbers will be logged and synced to Outplay.



Note: If no numbers are selected, call logs will not be synced to Outplay.
