How to integrate your n8n account with KrispCall?
You can connect KrispCall and n8n in two ways: either from your KrispCall account or from your n8n dashboard. Both methods are simple and only take a few minutes to set up.
Integrating n8n from KrispCall
Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and go to the “Settings” section.
Step 2: Under APP SETTINGS, click on “Integrations.”
Step 3: You’ll see a list of available automation tools and CRMs. Search for “n8n” and click on the “Connect” button below it.
Step 4: You’ll be redirected to n8n’s integration page for KrispCall.
Step 5: A window will appear asking you to log in to your n8n account. Log in with your n8n credentials to authorize the connection. Once done, you’ll be redirected to your n8n dashboard, where you can start setting up workflows between KrispCall and your connected tools.
Integrating KrispCall from n8n
Step 1: Log in to your n8n account and open the main dashboard.
Step 2: From the left panel, go to Overview> Credentials, then click on Add New Credential.
Step 3: From the list, select KrispCall’s API and click on Continue.
Step 4: To connect your KrispCall account, you’ll need your API key. Go to your KrispCall dashboard and navigate to Settings > Developers > API Keys and copy them.
Step 5: Return to n8n, paste the copied API key, and click Save. Once verified, you’ll see a success message confirming the setup.
Note: Unlike CRM integrations, automation platforms such as n8n are not listed on KrispCall’s “Active Integrations” page. However, your connection and workflows remain active within n8n.
Integration settings
After connecting, you can update or delete your integration anytime within n8n.
To remove it, simply click on the “Delete” button next to KrispCall under your credentials list.
Setting up your workflow at n8n
A workflow in n8n is a sequence of steps that connects apps to perform specific actions. It begins with an event (trigger) and continues with one or more follow-up actions. Once active, each event in KrispCall can execute these actions.
Step 1: From your n8n dashboard, go to “Workflows” and click “Create New Workflow.”
Step 2: Click “Add First Step” to begin building your flow.
Step 3: Search for KrispCall in the node list and select it to build a trigger.
Step 4: Choose the desired triggers from the list below
Set your preferred parameters, then click “Execute Step” to confirm.
Step 5: Add an action node to decide what happens next from the list of given actions. Adjust settings and click “Execute Step” again.
Step 6: Check your workflow’s status from the home page to ensure everything runs correctly.
Step 7: If you wish to stop or delete a workflow, open it and click Delete (Archive).
Note: Unlike CRM integration, in cases of automation platform integration, almost all authentication processes are handled by the automation platform.
