Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and Go to Settings.
Step 2: In the Settings menu, you'll find Integrations under App Settings. Click on it.
Step 3: Clicking this will bring up a list of business tools and CRM software you can integrate with KrispCall. To integrate KrispCall with monday, click on the Connect → button just below monday.
Step 4: Clicking on the Connect → buttonopens a new pop-up window asking you to accept or reject the integration of the monday account you want to integrate with KrispCall on already login to the monday account.
Step 5: After clicking the authorize button, you will be redirected to the monday application KrispCall call log if installed; if not, then contact
Step 6: Now, to do the integration, the user should integrate and use the recipe from monday. While using the recipe, the user needs to authenticate the app, which will be redirected to KrispCall and then back to monday.
Step 7: Search KrispCall in the template and click Use template of KrispCall Recipe
Step 8: Click on authorize, and the user will be redirected to KrispCall and then back to monday to set the recipe.
Step 9: If the phone field is not shown in the column, click to add a new column and select the phone to add to the board.
Step 10: Select the phone and click Create Automation
Step 11: The user will be able to view automation created in board automation, as shown in the image below.
Note: Make sure the automation board of the recipe for two-way sync is created in the workspace's contacts.

In the three-dot menu for active integration, you have two choices: edit or delete. Selecting the edit option brings up the general settings window, where you can customize three different settings.
Create new contacts for calls: Add new contacts to the address book on monday. This option is used for one-way contact sync i.e.contact created in KrispCall should be synced to monday if the toggle is on.
Contacts 2-Way sync: Contacts added and updated in KrispCall must synchronize on monday and vice versa. This option is used for two-way contact synced where contact created and updated in KrispCall should be synced to monday and vice-versa when the toggle is on. Also, after toggling on the initial contact on monday and KrispCall will be synced to each other. ( Need to prepare recipe for two-way contact sync feature)
Notes logging: Drop only notes in call details. This option saves/syncs notes to monday only when the toggle is on.

Log outgoing answered calls as Calls(engagements)/Disabled: By making disabled, the log of outgoing answered calls will not be saved/synced. By making calls(engagements), the log of outgoing answered calls will be saved/synced.
