How to Integrate Your Manatal Account with KrispCall?

Bringing your hiring workflow and calling system together creates clarity from the first dial.

Integrating your Manatal account with KrispCall places calling activity right where your recruitment work already lives, so every conversation stays connected to the right candidate and role. The result: more focused recruiting routine with less manual work and better visibility into every interaction.

This guide walks you through the integration process step by step, helping you link both platforms with confidence.

Benefits of integrating Manatal with KrispCall

Here are 5 benefits of integrating Manatal with KrispCall:

1. Call candidates from within Manatal

Make and receive calls directly from Manatal, and forget about toggling between multiple tools. Every conversation is linked to the right candidate profile, giving recruiters full context in real time and keeping them focused on meaningful interactions, creating a smoother, more efficient hiring process.

2. Effortless call logging

Every inbound and outbound call made through KrispCall is automatically saved in Manatal under the relevant candidate or contact profile. Call details like date, time, or duration are captured instantly, removing the need for manual updates and ensuring accurate interaction records at all times.

3. Instant caller insights

When a candidate or contact calls, KrispCall identifies the phone number and links it to the matching profile in Manatal. Recruiters can view candidate information before answering the call, allowing them to continue the conversation with full context.

4. Faster candidate follow-ups

All call-related interactions are stored within Manatal, giving teams a single place to review communication history. Recruiters can review past conversations, schedule callbacks, and move candidates through the hiring stages with clarity and speed.

5. Improved recruiter productivity

The integration reduces tool switching and manual data entry, which allows recruiters to focus more on conversations with candidates. Daily calling tasks become easier to manage, helping teams handle higher call volumes without added administrative effort.

Integration Settings

Once Manatal is successfully integrated, users have the option to manage various settings. Initially, they can choose to edit or remove the integration.

  1. To delete an active integration, click the three-dot menu and select Delete.

  1. To edit the active integration, click the three-dot menu again and select Edit. The edit option provides different settings that allow users to make changes according to their requirements.

General Settings

General settings is the first option, offering three additional configuration choices. By default, all toggle buttons in the general settings are turned on.

  • Create new contacts for calls: When enabled, this option allows for one-way contact sync; i.e., any contact created in KrispCall is synced to Manatal. When disabled, new contacts will not be synced.
  • Contacts 2-way sync: Enabling this option allows contacts to sync both ways between Manatal and KrispCall. Contacts created in Manatal will be added to KrispCall, and vice versa. This toggle also helps in initial sync, ensuring that previous contacts in either system are synced across both platforms.
  • Notes logging: This setting ensures that notes created, edited, or deleted during calls or from the conversation box in KrispCall are synced to Manatal. Disabling this toggle will stop notes from being synced.

Workflow Settings

The workflow settings are located right after the general settings. By default, all options are set to Tickets, but users can adjust them to their preferred workflow.

  • Log incoming answered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: When set to Calls (Engagements), incoming answered calls are synced to Manatal Notes logs. If set to Disabled, these calls will not be synced.
  • Log incoming unanswered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: When set to Calls (Engagements), incoming unanswered calls are synced to Manatal Notes logs. If set to Disabled, these calls will not be synced.
  • Log outgoing answered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: When set to Calls (Engagements), outgoing answered calls will be synced to Notes in Manatal. Setting to Calls (Disabled) prevents them from being logged.
  • Log outgoing unanswered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: When set to Calls (Engagements), outgoing unanswered calls will be synced to Notes in Manatal. Setting to Calls (Disabled) prevents them from being logged.
  • Log voicemail as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: When set to Calls (Engagements), the voicemail log will be synced to Notes at Manatal. Disabling this option stops the voicemail logs from syncing.
  • Log unassociated number as Contact/Candidates: Enabling this setting logs calls from numbers not associated with any contact or candidate in Manatal. Disabling it prevents these logs from being synced.
  • Log incoming SMS as SMS/Disabled: Setting this to SMS syncs incoming messages to Activities in Manatal. When disabled, incoming SMS will not be logged.
  • Log outgoing SMS as Notes/Disabled: Setting this to SMS syncs outgoing messages to Activities in Manatal. When disabled, incoming SMS will not be logged.

Connected Numbers

Located after workflow settings, the Connected Numbers section allows users to specify which phone numbers will have their calls and SMS synced to Manatal.

  • Log phone calls for these phone numbers: By default, all numbers available in the channel at the time of integration are selected. This ensures that calls made to or from these numbers are logged in Manatal.
  • Log SMS for these phone numbers: Similarly, numbers available at the time of integration are selected by default to sync SMS messages to Manatal. This ensures that all messages sent or received on these numbers are captured in the system.

If a number is purchased after integration, it must be manually added to the Connected Numbers list to enable syncing.

Note: If no numbers are selected, the call logs/SMS will not be synced in Manatal.
