Step 2: Within the Settings menu, locate Integrations under App Settings and click on it.

Step 3: Clicking this will display a list of business tools and CRM software available for integration. To integrate KrispCall with Make, click on Connect → just below Make.



Step 4: Clicking on the Connect → button opens a new window asking you to sign up or log in to the Make account you want to integrate with KrispCall.


Step 5: Now click on any triggers and action events, then log into the Make account.


Step 6: After clicking Create, a new window will appear where you have to create a scenario and search the KrispCall application to use the Trigger and Action Features.
