Step 1: Log in to the KrispCall account and go to Settings.
Step 2: In the settings section, Integrations can be seen under APP SETTINGS, click on Integrations.

Step 3: After clicking on integrations, different automation tools and CRMs can be found, which you can integrate with KrispCall. To integrate Less Annoying CRM from KrispCall, search for Less Annoying and click on the connect button below Less Annoying CRM.
Step 4: After clicking on the connect button, a pop-up window will appear asking for the User Code and API token.

Step 5: To get the necessary details for successful integration, log in to Less Annoying CRM, click on the settings, and go to the Programmer API.

Step 6: After landing on the API page, click on the create new API key button, provide the API name, and create the key. The API key will be created, and the user code will also be available on the same page.
Note: The API key can only be copied once.


Step 7: Copy the details of the API and paste it into the pop-up window of KrispCall.

Step 8: Click on the next button, and the Integration successful message will pop up, and Less Annoying CRM will be displayed under active integrations.

After the successful integration of Less Annoying CRM, users can enable or disable different settings. In the first step, users can either edit or delete the integration.
To delete the active integration, click on the 3 dots and choose the delete option.



Likewise, to edit the integration, click on the three dots and choose the edit option. The edit option provides different settings options where users can make changes according to their requirements.


General settings is the first setting option where three additional settings options are available. All toggle buttons in the general settings will be enabled by default.
Create new contacts for calls: This button helps in one-way contact sync if the toggle is on, i.e., the contact created in KrispCall gets synced to Less Annoying CRM. If the toggle is off, the contacts will not be synced.
Contacts 2-way sync: This button enables 2-way contact sync when the toggle is on, meaning contacts created in Less Annoying CRM are synced to KrispCall. If the toggle is off, the contact will not be synced. This button also facilitates initial sync, i.e., if there are previous contacts in either KrispCall or Less Annoying CRM, then by toggling this button, the contacts are synced to both sides.
Note logging: This option helps sync notes to Less Annoying CRM, which are created, edited, or deleted from the conversation box or during the call. Toggling off this button won’t sync notes to Less Annoying CRM.

The workflow setting is present right after the general settings. All options under workflow settings are initially set to Calls (Engagements). Users can click on the settings and modify them according to their requirements.
Log outgoing answered calls as Tasks/Notes/Disabled: By enabling the setting as either Tasks or Notes, the outgoing answered calls will be synced to either tasks or notes in Less Annoying CRM. By enabling the setting as Disabled, the outgoing answered calls will not be synced to Less Annoying CRM.
Log outgoing unanswered calls as Tasks/Notes/Disabled: By enabling the setting as either Tasks/Notes, the outgoing unanswered calls will be synced to either tasks or notes of Less Annoying CRM. By enabling the setting as Disabled, the outgoing unanswered calls will not be synced to Less Annoying CRM.
Log incoming answered calls as Tasks/Notes/Disabled: By enabling the setting as either tasks or notes, the incoming answered calls will be synced to either tasks or notes of Less Annoying CRM. By enabling the setting as Disabled, the incoming answered calls will not be synced to Less Annoying CRM.

Log outgoing SMS as Tasks/Notes/Disabled: Enabling the setting as either Tasks/Notes will sync the outgoing SMS to either tasks or notes of Less Annoying CRM. However, it will not sync if the setting is disabled.

The connected numbers setting is present after the workflow settings. Two options are available under the connected numbers settings.
Log phone calls for these phone numbers: In this option, the list of numbers available in the channel will be selected by default at the time of integration.
Log SMS for these phone numbers: In this option, the list of numbers available in the channel will be selected by default at the time of integration. This setting is used to ensure the log of sms for the selected numbers to be synced at Less Annoying CRM.
If the user purchases the number after integration, then they need to add the number manually in the connected numbers settings.
Note: If there are no selected numbers, then the call logs/SMS will not be synced in Less Annoying CRM.

How to Integrate Your Less Annoying CRM Account with KrispCall?
Step 1: Log in to the KrispCall account and go to Settings.

Log phone calls for these phone numbers: In this option, the list of numbers available in the channel will be selected by default at the time of integration.
Log SMS for these phone numbers: In this option, the list of numbers available in the channel will be selected by default at the time of integration. This setting is used to ensure the log of sms for the selected numbers to be synced at Less Annoying CRM.
If the user purchases the number after integration, then they need to add the number manually in the connected numbers settings.
Note: If there are no selected numbers, then the call logs/SMS will not be synced in Less Annoying CRM.
