How to Integrate Your LeadSquared Account with KrispCall?

KrispCall’s integration with LeadSquared lets you do the following:

Click-To-Call Functionality: It enables agents to initiate calls directly within the LeadSqaured interface.
Real-Time Pop-Up Alert For Incoming Calls: With this integration, agents can respond to calls promptly via real-time call pop-ups.
Synchronizing Two-Way Contact: It provides easy access to all contact data that is in sync and up-to-date on both platforms.
Enhanced Lead Tracking And Capture: This allows the automatic linking of inbound calls with leads, streamlining lead management.

Prerequisites



You must be the Administrator of your LeadSquared and KrispCall account.
To access the integration’s features and functionalities, you must subscribe to one of the KrispCall subscription plans.
A stable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth is necessary for optimal functioning and feature access.
Extension should be installed in the Browser. You can install it from here.

How it works?



Once the KrispCall is installed, you can make calls directly from LeadSquared. For this, an extension should be installed in your web browser. Along with these features, you can also perform various actions like viewing call logs, transferring calls, adding notes, adding tags, etc.

You can select any workspace and continue to the selected workspace. Then, the dialer will open with the auto-populate of the selected number.



When the workflow setting related to the Outgoing call or Incoming call is set as call engagement then the log of the outgoing call is saved on LeadSquared.



How to Integrate LeadSquared with KrispCall: A Complete Installation Guide



Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and Go to Settings.

Step 2: In the Settings menu, you'll find Integrations under App Settings. Click on it.


Step 3: Clicking this will bring up a list of business tools and CRM software you can integrate with KrispCall. To integrate KrispCall with LeadSquared, click on the Connect → button just below LeadSquared.


Step 4: Clicking on the Connect → button opens a new pop-up window asking you to enter the API token and LeadSquared Email of the LeadSquared account.


Step 5: To get the API token and Email of the LeadSquared first log in to your LeadSquared account. After logging in, you can see the Profile option on the top right section of the page, click on it. Afterward, hit the Settings option.


Step 6: Now through the list of options available in the left sidebar, select API and Webhooks.


Step 7: Inside the API and Webhooks option, click to show the secret key as shown in the image below.


Step 7 (Continued): In doing so, a unique pair of Acess ID and Secret Key will pop up on your screen, copy them individually.


Step 8: Now use the Secret Key and Access ID so obtained in KrispCall (from Step 4). Also, provide your LeadSquared Email and country in the same window. Once you are done, hit the Submit button.


Step 9: The integration successful message will pop up on the screen when the entered fields are valid.



Admin Configurations



Ensure members have integrated their LeadSquared account.
Admin/Owner can view member integrations.
Admin/Owner can adjust member account settings.
Member account changes don't impact the Admin/Owner's settings.
Admin/Owner setting changes don't affect member settings.

Integration Settings



Click on ‘Manage’ to view the list of settings to be managed by the admin/ owner. You can toggle the items on the list to enable or disable them.


After integrating LeadSquared into krispcall, users can enable/disable different settings. Here first comes the general setting.
Point to remember: All the setting options for general and workflow settings will be on by default when the integration is done for the first time.

1. General Settings:



Create new contacts for calls: Add new contacts to the address book in LeadSquared. This option is used for one-way contact sync i.e.contact created in krispcall should be synced to LeadSquared if the toggle is on.
Contacts 2-Way sync: Contacts added and updated in Krispcall must synchronize in LeadSquared and vice versa. This option is used for two-way contact synced where contact created and updated in krispcall should be synced to LeadSquared and vice-versa when the toggle is on. Also, after toggling on the initial contact in LeadSquared and krispcall will be synced to each other.
Notes logging: Drop only notes in call details. This option is used to save/sync notes to LeadSquared only when the toggle is on.



2. Workflow Settings



Log outgoing answered calls as Calls(engagements)/ Disabled. By making disabled the log of outgoing answered calls will not be saved/synced. By making calls(engagements) the log of outgoing answered calls will be saved/synced.
Log outgoing unanswered calls as Calls(engagements)/ Disabled. By making disabled the log of outgoing unanswered calls will not be saved/synced. And by making calls(engagements) the log of outgoing unanswered calls will be saved/synced.
Log incoming answered calls as Calls(engagements)/ Disabled. By making disabled the log of incoming answered calls will not be saved/synced. By making calls(engagements) the log of incoming answered calls will be saved/synced.
Log incoming unanswered calls as Calls(engagements)/ Disabled. By making disabled the log of incoming unanswered calls will not be saved/synced. And by making calls(engagements) the log of incoming unanswered calls will be saved/synced.
Log voicemails as: Calls(engagements)/ Disabled. By making disabled the log of voicemails will not be saved/synced. And by making calls(engagements) the log of voicemails will be saved/synced.




Connected Numbers



Log phone calls for these phone numbers: The list of available numbers in the respective workspace will be shown in this option. This setting is used to ensure the log of selected numbers will only be saved on LeadSquared.

Note: If no number is selected here then call logs will not be synced in the respective CRM
