How to Integrate Kommo with KrispCall?



Step 1: Log in to the KrisCall account and go to Settings.

Step 2: In the Settings section, you will see the Integrations option under APP SETTINGS; click on Integrations.



Step 3: After clicking on integrations, different automation tools and CRMs can be found which you can integrate with KrispCall. To integrate Kommo from KrispCall, click on the Connect button below Kommo.



Step 4: After clicking on the connect button, you will be redirected to Kommo's Auth page.



Step 5: Enter the valid Kommo account information. If you don’t have a Kommo account, sign up by continuing with Google or Facebook.



Step 6: After successfully logging in, you get redirected to the KrispCall. Now, a CRM integration successful message will pop up, and Kommo will be shown in active integrations in KrispCall.



Integration setting



After integrating Kommo with KrispCall, users have the flexibility to toggle various settings on or off. To start, let’s explore the general settings.

General Settings



General settings are the first setting option, where three additional settings options are available. All the toggle buttons on general settings will be on by default.

Create new contacts for calls: This button helps in one-way contact sync if the toggle is on, i.e., the contact created in KrispCall gets synced to Kommo. If the toggle is off, the contacts won’t be synced.

Contacts 2-way sync: This button helps in 2-way contact sync if the toggle is on, i.e., the contacts created in Kommo get synced to KrispCall. If the toggle is off, the contact won’t be synced. This button also helps in initial sync, i.e., if there are previous contacts either in KrispCall or Kommo, then by toggling this button, the contacts get synced to both sides.

Notes logging: This option helps to sync notes to Kommo that are created from the conversation box or during the call. Toggling off this button will not sync notes to Kommo.



Workflow Settings



The workflow setting is present right after the general settings. All the options under workflow settings are set to Calls(Engagements) at first. Users can click on the setting and change it as per their requirements.

Log outgoing answered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: Enabling the setting as Calls(Engagements) will sync the outgoing answered calls to Kommo. Enabling the setting as Disabled will not sync the outgoing answered calls to Kommo.

Log outgoing unanswered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: By enabling the setting as Calls(Engagements), the outgoing unanswered calls will be synced to Kommo. By enabling the setting as Disabled, the outgoing unanswered calls will not be synced to Kommo.

Log incoming answered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: Enabling the setting as Calls(Engagements) will sync the incoming responses to calls to Kommo. Disabling the setting will prevent the incoming answered calls from being synced to Kommo.

Log incoming unanswered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: Enabling the setting as Calls(Engagements) will sync the calls to Kommo, but disabling it will prevent them from being synced.

Log voicemail as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: By enabling the settings as Calls(Engagements), the voicemail log will be synced to Kommo.By enabling the setting as Disabled, the voicemail log will not be synced to Kommo.



Connected Numbers



The connected numbers setting is present after the workflow settings. Only one option is available under connected numbers settings.

Log phone calls for these numbers: When the integration is done for the first time, the list of available numbers in the channel will be automatically selected.

If the user purchases the number after integration, they need to add it to connected numbers manually.

Note: If there are no selected numbers, then the call logs will not be synced in Kommo.
