In Settings, find Integrations under APP SETTINGS and click on it.
In the Integrations section, you’ll see various automation tools and CRMs that you can connect with KrispCall. To connect Klaviyo, click the Connect button below it.
After clicking Connect, you’ll be redirected to an authorization page. Click on Continue to proceed.
A page will appear, asking for permission to access information. Click Allow to complete the integration.
Once you click Allow, you’ll be redirected back to KrispCall. A message will pop up confirming the successful integration, and Klaviyo will appear under your active integrations.
To modify the integration, click on the three dots and select the edit option. Various settings are available in the edit option, allowing users to make changes according to their preferences.
The General Settings section is the first settings option, containing three additional options. By default, all toggle buttons in this section are turned on.
Create new contacts for calls: When this toggle is on, new contacts created in KrispCall will automatically sync to Klaviyo. If it’s off, contacts won’t be synced.
Contacts 2-way sync: This toggle enables two-way contact syncing between KrispCall and Klaviyo. When on, contacts from Klaviyo sync to KrispCall, and any existing contacts in both platforms are synced. When off, no syncing occurs.
Notes logging: This option syncs notes created, edited, or deleted in KrispCall to Klaviyo. When turned off, notes will not sync.
The Workflow Settings follow the general settings. All options here are initially set to Calls (Engagements) but can be customized based on your needs.
Log outgoing answered calls as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled: Set to Calls (Engagements) to sync outgoing answered calls with Klaviyo. If set to Disabled, these calls won’t sync.
Log outgoing unanswered calls as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled: When enabled as Calls (Engagements), outgoing unanswered calls sync to Klaviyo; if Disabled, they don’t sync.
