How to integrate your Keragon account with KrispCall?


You can integrate KrispCall and Keragon in two ways: either through your KrispCall account or via your Keragon dashboard. Both approaches are straightforward and require only a few minutes for setup.


Integrating Keragon from KrispCall


Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and navigate to Settings.


Step 2: Under the APP SETTINGS section, select Integrations.

Step 3: Once you’re on the Integrations page, you’ll see a list of available automation tools and CRMs. To connect Keragon, search for it and click the **Connect **button beneath its name.

Step 4: You’ll then be redirected to Keragon’s Integration Page for KrispCall. 

Step 5: Sign in to your Keragon account and start using the integration. 

Integrating KrispCall from Keragon


Step 1: Log in to your Keragon account.

 

Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the Keragon dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Authentications section and click the + Create new button.

Step 3: Use the search bar to find KrispCall.

Step 4: Enter the necessary details for the Environment and API Key (or access token).

The Environment can be Production or Development.

Enter the required API Key detail, and click on Save.

Step 5: After saving, the integration will be successfully established, and Keragon will now be connected to KrispCall.

Authentication can also be checked on the authentication page.

However, unlike other integrations to KrispCall, automation platforms such as Keragon are not displayed on KrispCall’s active integration page list.

Integration Settings 


After the successful integration of Keragon, users can update or delete integrations.


  1. To delete the integration, click on the delete button.

  1. Users can also delete directly from the authentication page.

  1. To update the integration, make the required changes, and click on Save. A success message appears after a successful update of the integration.

Setting up your workflow at Keragon:


A workflow is a series of steps between two or more apps that automates a specific task. It always starts with a trigger and includes one or more actions.


When your workflow is published, it executes these actions each time the specified trigger event occurs.


Step 1: Go to the workflows in Keragon and click on the Create New button.

Step 2: Set up KrispCall as a trigger at Keragon. 


A trigger is what kicks off a Workflow. You can think of it like the starting signal. This is usually a change or update in an external app, such as a new form submission or patient info being updated in your CRM.

Step 3: Set up KrispCall as an action at Keragon.


Action is a task that is executed automatically in response to a trigger. A workflow can have many action steps.

Step 4: Configure your action and triggers.

Step 5: Configure trigger


Select the desired trigger from the list of triggers provided by KrispCall.

Select an account.

Step 6: Configure Action


Select the desired action from the list of actions provided by KrispCall.

Select an account for authentication, and input the required inputs based on that specific trigger’s requirement.

Step 7: Publish the workflow, once all actions and triggers have been set

Step 8:  The status of the workflow can be checked on the workflows page.

Step 9: Users can delete the workflow.

Note: Unlike CRM integration, in cases of automation platform integration, almost all authentication processes are handled by the automation platform.
