Step 2: In the settings section, Integrations can be seen under APP SETTINGS, click on Integrations.



Step 3: After clicking on integrations, different automation tools and CRMs can be found which you can integrate with KrispCall. To integrate Gorgias from KrispCall, click on the connect button below Gorgias.



Step 4: After clicking the connect button, a pop box will appear asking for Gorgias domain.



Step 5: Log in to Gorgias and copy Gorgias domain from the URL and paste it into the pop-up box of KrispCall.

Step 6: After clicking on the submit button, CRM integrated successfully message will pop up and Gorgias will be displayed in the active integrations of KrispCall.
