Step 1: Log in to the KrispCall account and navigate to the Settings.
Step 2: Within the Settings section, look for Integrations that can be seen under APP SETTINGS, and click on it.
Step 3: After clicking on integrations, different automation tools and CRMs can be found which you can integrate with KrispCall. To integrate Gorgias from KrispCall, click on the connect button below Gorgias.
Step 4: After clicking the connect button, a popup box will appear asking for Gorgia's domain.
Step 5: Log in to Gorgias, copy Gorgias domain from the URL, and paste it into the pop-up box of KrispCall.
Step 6: After clicking on the submit button, CRM integrated successfully message will pop up, and Gorgias will be displayed in the active integrations of KrispCall.
Once Gorgias is integrated with KrispCall, users gain the ability to switch different settings on or off easily. First, let’s dive into the general settings.
General settings are the first option for three additional settings. By default, all the toggle buttons on general settings are on.
Create new contacts for calls: This button enables one-way contact synchronization when the toggle is activated. This means that any contact created in KrispCall will be synced to Gorgias. However, if the toggle is off, the contacts will not be synced.
Contacts 2-way sync: When activated, this button facilitates two-way contact synchronization. If the toggle is on, any contacts created in Gorgias will seamlessly sync to KrispCall. Conversely, if the toggle is off, those contacts will not be synced. Additionally, this button enables initial synchronization; if there are existing contacts in either KrispCall or Gorgias, toggling this button will ensure that all contacts are synced across both platforms.
( Note: The two-way contact sync feature is not implemented, but this button works as initial contact sync.)
Notes logging: This option helps to sync notes created/edited/deleted from the conversation box or during the call to Gorgias. Toggling off this button will not sync notes to Gorgias.
The workflow settings can be found immediately following the general settings. Initially, all options within the workflow settings are configured to Calls (Engagements). Users have the flexibility to click on this setting and adjust it according to their specific needs.
Log outgoing answered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: Enabling the setting as Calls (Engagements) will sync the outgoing answered calls to Gorgias. Enabling the setting as Disabled will not sync the outgoing answered calls to Gorgias.
Log outgoing unanswered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: When you activate the Calls (Engagements) setting, any outgoing calls that go unanswered will be synced to Gorgias. Conversely, if you choose to disable this setting, those unanswered outgoing calls will not be synced to Gorgias.
Log incoming answered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: By enabling the setting as Calls(Engagements), the incoming answered calls will be synced to Gorgias. By enabling the setting as Disabled, the incoming answered calls will not be synced to Gorgias.
