Step 3: Once in the Integrations section, you’ll see a list of available automation tools and CRMs. To connect to EngageBay, click the Connect button below EngageBay.
Step 4: A pop-up window will appear, asking for your Engagebay Email and Account API key. Enter these details in the pop-up.
Step 5: To get the API key, log in to your EngageBay account and go to Account Settings.
Step 6: On the settings page , click on API and Tracking Code. Copy the REST API key and paste it into the pop-up box in KrispCall.
Step 7: Click Submit, and a message will appear confirming that the CRM has been successfully integrated.
To edit the integration, click the three dots and choose "Edit." This will display various settings options where users can make changes as needed.
General settings offer three toggle options, all of which are enabled by default:
Create new contacts for calls: Enables one-way contact sync, where contacts are created in KrispCall sync to EngageBay. When off, no contact sync occurs.
