How to Integrate Your Bigin Account with KrispCall?



Step 1: Log in to the KrispCall account and navigate to Settings.

Step 2: In the settings section, you'll find Integrations under APP SETTINGS. Click on it.



Step 3: After clicking on integrations, you will discover various automation tools and CRM's available for integration with KrispCall. To integrate Bigin from KrispCall, simply search for Bigin and select the CONNECT button located beneath it.



Step 4: Clicking on the connect button will direct you to the authorization page, where you can choose to accept or decline the integration if you already possess a Bigin account. To proceed, click on the Accept button.




Step 5: Upon clicking the accept button, a notification indicating successful CRM integration will appear, and Bigin will be shown in the active integration tab.




Integration Settings



Following the successful integration of Bigin, users have the ability to activate or deactivate various settings. The first area to explore is the general setting.

Point to remember: By default, all general and workflow setting options will be enabled upon the initial integration.

1. General Settings



The general settings represent the initial configuration option, which includes three additional settings. By default, all toggle buttons in the general settings are activated.

Create new contacts for calls: This button enables one-way contact synchronization when the toggle is activated, meaning that any contact added in KrispCall will be synced to Bigin. If the toggle is deactivated, the contacts will not sync.

Contacts 2-way sync: This button facilitates two-way contact synchronization when the toggle is on, allowing contacts created in Bigin to sync with KrispCall. If the toggle is off, no contacts will be synced. Additionally, this feature supports initial sync, meaning that if there are existing contacts in either KrispCall or Bigin, toggling this option will sync those contacts across both platforms.

Notes logging: This setting allows for the synchronization of notes to Bigin that are created, edited, or deleted during calls or in the conversation box. If this toggle is turned off, notes will not be synced to Bigin.



2. Workflow Settings



The workflow settings can be found immediately following the general settings. Initially, all options within the workflow settings are configured to Calls (Engagements). Users have the ability to click on these settings and modify them according to their preferences.

Log outgoing answered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: When the setting is enabled as Calls (Engagements), outgoing answered calls will be synchronized with Bigin. If set to Disabled, these calls will not sync with Bigin.

Log outgoing unanswered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: By enabling Calls (Engagements), incoming answered calls will be synced to Bigin. If the setting is Disabled, these calls will not sync.

Log incoming answered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: By enabling the setting as Calls(Engagements), the incoming answered calls will be synced to Bigin. By enabling the setting as Disabled, the incoming answered calls will not be synced to Bigin.

Log incoming unanswered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: When set to Calls (Engagements), incoming unanswered calls will be synchronized with Bigin. If the setting is Disabled, they will not be synced.

Log voicemail as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: Enabling this setting as Calls (Engagements) will sync voicemail logs to Bigin. If set to Disabled, voicemail logs will not be synced.

Log incoming SMS as Disabled/SMS: When the setting is enabled as Tasks, incoming SMS will be synced to Bigin CRM. If the setting is disabled, it will not sync.

Log outgoing SMS as DIsabled/SMS: By enabling this setting as Tasks, outgoing SMS will be synchronized with Bigin CRM. If the setting is disabled, it will not sync.



3. Connected Numbers



The connected numbers configuration can be found by following the workflow settings. There are two options available within the connected numbers configuration.

Log phone calls for these phone numbers: This option automatically selects the list of numbers available in the channel during the integration process.

Log SMS for these phone numbers: In this option, the list of numbers available in the channel will be selected by default at the time of integration. This setting is used to ensure the log of sms for the selected numbers to be synced at Bigin.

If a user acquires a new number after the integration, they must manually add that number to the connected numbers.

Note: If no numbers are selected, call logs will not be synchronized in Bigin.
