Benefits of Integrating Pipeliner with KrispCall

Here are some key benefits of integrating Pipeliner with KrispCall that can boost your business efficiency and customer experience.

Easier Workflow for Sales Teams

First and foremost, integrating Pipeliner with KrispCall streamlines the sales team's workflow. Having customer profiles, call logs, and sales data in one place eliminates the need to switch between multiple systems. This centralized approach saves time and reduces the likelihood of errors, helping your team stay organized and efficient.

Additionally, this integration enables faster follow-ups and more targeted sales efforts. With all the information readily available, sales reps can quickly access important details about previous interactions, allowing them to personalize conversations.

Deeper Customer Insights

Another significant benefit is the rich customer insights gained from integrating Pipeliner with KrispCall. By combining call data with customer profiles, your team has a complete view of every interaction. This enables them to understand customer needs and preferences, which helps in crafting more personalized and impactful conversations.

Furthermore, this integration allows your team to anticipate customer needs more effectively. Access to historical call data and interactions gives your team the context they need to engage customers with relevant offers or solutions.

Better Team Collaboration

What’s more, integrating these two platforms fosters improved collaboration across your entire team. With shared access to customer data, call history, and sales progress, your sales, marketing, and support teams can easily align their efforts. This ensures a consistent experience for customers, as all team members are working from the same information.

In addition, this integration breaks down silos between departments. Marketing teams can track the success of campaigns through call interactions, while support teams can ensure that sales reps have the most up-to-date information.

Simplified Call Management

Integrating KrispCall’s call management features with Pipeliner simplifies the way your team handles calls. Features like call forwarding, voicemail, and automatic call logging help prioritize and track important customer interactions, allowing your sales reps to stay focused.

Moreover, with automated workflows, the system helps your team stay on top of every customer interaction. Reminders for follow-up calls are automatically triggered, reducing the chances of important calls slipping through the cracks.

More Powerful Reporting and Insights

Finally, combining Pipeliner’s CRM analytics with KrispCall’s call-tracking capabilities results in more powerful reporting. You can easily track key performance indicators like call volume, response time, and conversion rates, giving you a clearer picture of your sales and service efforts. This comprehensive data helps you make better-informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.

With these insights, managers can fine-tune strategies, track team performance, and adjust workflows as needed. Real-time reporting allows your team to stay agile and responsive to customer needs, ultimately improving overall efficiency and driving growth.

Integration Settings

After successfully integrating Pipeliner with KrispCall, users can customize their settings to suit their preferences. Let’s explore the General Settings first, which provide important options for managing your integration.

General Settings

General Settings is the first option available. It offers three key settings that control your contact and note syncing preferences. By default, all toggle buttons are turned on.

Create new contacts for calls: This option enables one-way contact sync. If toggled on, any new contact created in KrispCall will be automatically synced to Pipeliner. If toggled off, contacts will not be synced.

Contacts 2-way sync: This option facilitates two-way contact sync. When toggled on, contacts created in Pipeliner will sync with KrispCall. It also supports initial syncing—contacts from either platform will sync once this option is enabled. When toggled off, no sync occurs.

Notes logging: This setting syncs notes created, edited, or deleted in KrispCall during calls or conversations with Pipeliner. If toggled off, notes won’t be synced, ensuring that only the essential data is transferred.

Workflow Settings

After General Settings, the next section is Workflow Settings, which initially defaults to syncing Calls (Engagements). You can adjust the settings based on your specific needs.

Log outgoing answered calls as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled: Enabling this option will sync all outgoing answered calls to Pipeliner as Calls (Engagements). If toggled off, outgoing answered calls won’t be synced.

Log outgoing unanswered calls as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled: When enabled, this setting allows the syncing of unanswered outgoing calls to Pipeliner. If disabled, unanswered outgoing calls won’t sync.

Log incoming answered calls as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled: Enabling this will sync incoming answered calls with Pipeliner. If turned off, these calls won’t be logged.

Log incoming unanswered calls as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled: Similar to outgoing calls, unanswered incoming calls will sync to Pipeliner when enabled. If disabled, they won’t.

Log voicemail as Calls (Engagements)/Disabled: This option lets you sync voicemail logs to Pipeliner. When toggled on, voicemail logs will be tracked, and if toggled off, they won’t sync.

Connected Numbers

The Connected Numbers section follows Workflow Settings and provides an important setting for managing call logs.

Log phone calls for these numbers: This setting allows you to select which phone numbers will have their calls logged. If this is your first integration, the numbers will be automatically selected. For any numbers purchased after the integration, you will need to manually add them to the connected numbers list.

Note: If no numbers are selected, KrispCall won’t sync call logs with Pipeliner.
