Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and navigate to the Settings section.
Step 2: In the Settings section, navigate to APP SETTINGS and click on Integrations to proceed.

Step 3: In the Integrations section, you'll find a list of automation tools and CRMs compatible with KrispCall . Locate Follow Up Boss and click the Connect button to begin the integration.

Step 4: After clicking on the connect button, a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the API key, system details, and system key.

Step 5: To get the API key for Follow Up Boss, sign up for a Follow Up Boss account and navigate to the dashboard.

Step 6: From the dashboard, access the Admin Panel, go to API Keys, and create a new API key.


Step 7: Copy the system details along with the API key and paste them into the KrispCall pop-up window. Click Submit to proceed.


Step 8: Finally confirmation message will appear, indicating that the CRM integration is successful, and Follow Up Boss will be listed under Active Integrations.

After the successful integration of Follow Up Boss, users can adjust various settings. Initially, users can choose to either edit or delete the integration. To make edits, click on the 3 dots and choose the edit option. To delete the active integration, click on the same 3 dots and select the delete option.
The general settings are the initial setting option, which includes three additional settings. By default, all toggle buttons within the general settings are activated.
Create new contacts for calls: When the toggle is activated, new contacts in KrispCall sync to Follow Up Boss automatically. If the toggle is deactivated, they won’t sync.

The connected numbers setting is present after the workflow settings. There are two options available within the connected numbers configuration.
Log phone calls for these phone numbers: This option automatically selects the list of numbers available in the channel during the integration process.
Log SMS for these phone numbers: Similar to the previous option, the list of numbers available in the channel will be selected by default at the time of integration. It is designed to ensure the sms log for the selected numbers is synced at OnePageCRM.
