How to filter inbound and outbound calls and messages in Unified Callbox?
Have trouble finding a recording or a message in your conversation? Why not use the filter option in the Unified Callbox? You can quickly sort out your conversations and locate the specific item you want.
Filter and sort your conversations under various categories, like inbound, outbound, messages, etc., with KrispCall's filter option.
It involves simple steps, and here's how you do it.
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard using the credentials (email and password).
Step 2: On the left-hand side of the window, under the NUMBERS, select the phone number you used to record your conversation. It will open up the call log panel.
Step 3: Select the contact or phone number where you want to filter your calls and messages. It will open up a conversation panel.
Step 4: On the window's top-right corner, click the Apply Filter icon beside the call button. It drops down the options you can use to filter your conversation.
Step 5: To display only inbound calls, click on the check box beside the Inbound option. It will show all of your inbound calls only.
Step 6: Click on the check box beside the Outbound option to display only outbound calls. It will show all of your outbound calls only.
Step 7: Click on the check box beside the Messages option to display only messages in the conversation. It will show all of your messages only.
The drop-down has other options, like voicemails, recordings, and calls. You can use these options to filter conversations according to your needs. You can also choose all multiple options at once if you need.
