You also need to provide a scanned or electronic copy of the most recent phone bill, dated within the last 30 days. The bill should include the account, owner/authorized user name, and address information for all the numbers you intend to port. This ensures accurate verification during the porting process.

5. 6-digit Number Transfer PIN

You also need to include the 6-digit Number Transfer PIN associated with your Verizon account. This PIN confirms your identity during the switch and secures your number transfer. You can easily get a transfer PIN from Verizon through two easy ways.
