How to Integrate Bitrix24 with KrispCall?



Step 1: Log in to your KrispCall account and navigate to Settings.

Step 2: You'll find Integrations in the settings menu. Then, Click on it.


Step 3: In doing that, a new window will open, displaying a list of business tools and CRM software that can be integrated with KrispCall. To integrate KrispCall with Bitrix24, click on the Connect → button just below Bitrix24.


Step 4: After that, it opens a new pop-up window asking you to enter the URL of the Bitrix24 account you want to integrate with KrispCall.


Step 5: Log into your Bitrix24 account, and copy the URL as shown below:


Step 6: Paste the URL from the Bitrix24 account into the Bitrix24 URL section and click the next button:


Step 7: After clicking the next button, you should click the Submit button. You will then be redirected to the Bitrix24 connection page.


Step 8: The KrispCall application will be redirected, and a successful integration message will appear.


Step 9: Users can enable/disable different settings after integrating Bitrix24 with KrispCall. The settings can be changed by clicking on the three-dot Ellipsis icon (...) next to the Bitrix24 and selecting edit.
