How to play, pause, and fast-forward call recordings in KrispCall?

Want to hear your call recordings and manipulate them according to your needs? You can play, pause, and fast-forward at your will with KrispCall's call recordings.

Here is how you can do so:

Step 1: Log in to your dashboard using the credentials (email and password).



Step 2: On the left-hand side of the window, select the phone number you used to record your conversation**.** It will open up the call log.



Step 3: Select the contact or phone number that contains the call recording. It will open up a conversation panel.



You can use the filter option to access the desired call recording quickly.

Step 4: Once you find the recording, click the play button ▶ to play the recording.



Step 5: You can instantly click the pause button to stop for a while, whenever needed while playing the recordings.



Step 6: You can fast-forward the record playing by 1.5X or 2X by clicking the button that has 1X on the bottom right corner of the recording window.



You can quickly revert to the standard speed by following the same step (6). Here you need to choose 1X.

You can also pin the recording for future use or to indicate its importance and quick accessibility. However, you cannot delete the recording unless you are an admin or the owner.

Please note that you can record your calls only on Standard and Enterprise plans of KrispCall subscription.
