How to Fix Connectivity Issues with Bluetooth/Wireless Devices
KrispCall supports Bluetooth headsets and other wireless audio devices; however, users may occasionally experience connectivity or call quality issues. To determine if Bluetooth is the cause, using a wired headset to see if the issue resolves would be the best option.
If switching to a wired device resolves the problem, the Bluetooth connection is likely the issue.
Tips to Improve Bluetooth Performance:
- Use a Bluetooth Adapter
Whenever possible, use the dedicated Bluetooth Adapter that comes with your headset instead of relying on your computer’s built-in Bluetooth. This often provides a more stable connection.
- Install the Manufacturer Software
Ensure your wireless headset software, such as (Insert wireless headset software name) or a similar application, is installed and up to date. This can improve both performance and compatibility.
Note: Some headsets, such as those from (Insert headset company name), may not be compatible with KrispCall.
- Stay Within Range
Keep your headset close to the adapter or the device it’s connected to. Distance and interference from other devices can disrupt the connection.
If you continue to experience issues, please don't hesitate to contact KrispCall Support Team. We're happy to help you troubleshoot and get your audio setup working smoothly.
