How to Enable Microphone Access for KrispCall on iOS

If your voice isn’t coming through during calls on KrispCall, it’s likely because KrispCall doesn’t have permission to access your iPhone’s microphone. This is a common issue, especially if you skipped the initial permission prompt. 


Without mic access, you can hear others, but they won’t hear you. To fix it, follow these simple steps.


Here’s how to enable it:


  1. Open your Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap KrispCall.
  3. Toggle the Microphone to ON.


Once enabled, KrispCall will have the necessary permissions to use your mic for calling.


Alternatively:

When you first open the KrispCall app, it will ask for microphone access. Tap Allow when prompted.
