Need to share a phone number with another member of your team? Here is how you can do so.

How to share a phone number with your team members

Step 1: Log in to your dashboard using the credentials (email and password).



Step 2: On the left-hand side of the window, under the "**NUMBERS,"** click on the triple dot beside the phone number you want to share, and select Number Settings.

Or,

Click on "Settings" followed by "My Numbers," and “ the number to share ” both the steps will open the same window.



Step 3: Scroll down where it says "Share Access" and click on "+ Add Users" . It will open up a Share Access pop-up window.



Step 4: Click anywhere inside the box among other users. It will display a list of members in your dashboard.



Step 5: Select the member name from the list and click on the "Share" button.



This action will allow the selected user access to the shared number. You can assign the member role either as a user or an admin. Admins can perform all tasks, like deleting and sharing numbers, while users have limited access and responsibilities.
