How to Integrate Your WeekMate Account with KrispCall
WeekMate is a work scheduling and team management platform, and KrispCall is an AI-powered cloud phone system. Integrating them keeps your call activity and contact data connected to your scheduling workspace, so nothing falls through the cracks between a conversation and a task.
This guide walks you through connecting WeekMate to KrispCall and configuring your integration settings.
Benefits of Integrating WeekMate With KrispCall
1. Automatic Call Logging
Automatically log every inbound and outbound call against the right contact or lead record in WeekMate's e-CRM. Your sales pipeline stays accurate and up to date, as calls happen.
2. Notes and Voicemail Sync
Notes and voicemails captured in KrispCall sync directly to WeekMate's TaskHub. Teams can act on call outcomes without rewriting what was already captured during the call.
3. One-Click Calling
The KrispCall dialer works directly inside WeekMate. Click on any contact in the e-CRM and the number auto-populates in KrispCall's dialer, ready to call.
4. SMS Sync
Every outgoing and incoming SMS handled in KrispCall syncs to WeekMate on the relevant contact. Calls and messages stay together in one place for easy access.
5. Two-Way Contact Sync
Any contact added or updated in KrispCall reflects in WeekMate's e-CRM, and vice versa. Both platforms stay aligned without anyone maintaining them separately.

Integration Settings
Once WeekMate is connected, you can customize how the integration behaves. You can also edit or delete it at any time.
To delete the integration, click the disconnect button, then confirm the deletion.

To edit the integration, click Settings on the active integration. This opens the configuration panel, where you can adjust the options below.

General Settings
General Settings is the first configuration option, offering three settings. All toggle buttons are turned on by default.
- Create new contacts for calls: When enabled, contacts created in KrispCall sync to WeekMate (one-way). Turning this off stops new KrispCall contacts from appearing in WeekMate.
- Contacts 2-way sync: When enabled, contacts sync in both directions. Contacts added or updated in WeekMate appear in KrispCall, and vice versa. This also triggers an initial sync, pulling existing contacts from both platforms into alignment. Turning it off stops the bidirectional sync.
- Notes logging: When enabled, notes created, edited, or deleted during a call or from the KrispCall conversation box sync to WeekMate. Turning this off stops note sync entirely.

Workflow Settings
Workflow Settings appear right after General Settings. All options are set to Calls (Engagements) by default. Users can click on each setting and change it as needed.
- Log outgoing answered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: By enabling the setting as Calls(Engagements), the outgoing answered calls will be synced to WeekMate. By setting this to Disabled, outgoing answered calls will not be synced to WeekMate.
- Log outgoing unanswered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: By enabling the setting as Calls(Engagements), the outgoing unanswered calls will be synced to WeekMate. By setting this to Disabled, outgoing unanswered calls will not be synced to WeekMate.
- Log incoming answered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: By enabling the setting as Calls(Engagements), the incoming answered calls will be synced to WeekMate. By setting this to Disabled, incoming answered calls will not be synced to WeekMate.
- Log incoming unanswered calls as Calls(Engagements)/Disabled: By enabling the setting as Calls(Engagements), the incoming unanswered calls will be synced to WeekMate. By setting it to Disabled, incoming unanswered calls will not be synced to WeekMate.
- Log voicemail as Calls (Engagements): By enabling the Calls (Engagements) setting, the voicemail log will be synced to WeekMate. When the setting is Disabled, the voicemail log will not be synced to WeekMate.
- Log incoming SMS as Disabled/Notes: Enabling the setting as Notes will sync incoming SMS to WeekMate. However, it will not sync if the setting is disabled.
- Log outgoing SMS as Disabled/Notes: Enabling the setting as Notes will sync the outgoing SMS to WeekMate. However, it will not sync if the setting is disabled.

Connected Numbers
Connected Numbers appears right after Workflow Settings. Two options are available under this section.
- Log phone calls for these numbers: All numbers in your KrispCall channel are selected by default during integration.
- Log SMS for these phone numbers: All numbers in your KrispCall channel are selected by default at the time of integration. This ensures SMS activity from the selected numbers syncs to WeekMate.
If you purchase a new number after setting up the integration, you'll need to add it manually under Connected Numbers. It won't be included automatically.
Note: If no numbers are selected under either option, call logs and SMS will not sync to WeekMate.
