How to Integrate Your KarmaCRM Account with KrispCall?

KarmaCRM is a customer relationship management platform that helps businesses manage customer relationships, contacts, and sales activities in one place. KrispCall is an AI-powered communication platform that gives teams virtual phone numbers, calling, and SMS capabilities from a single workspace.

Integrating KarmaCRM with KrispCall connects your CRM data with your calling and messaging activities, helping you manage customer interactions while keeping relevant information available in your CRM.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through connecting your KarmaCRM account with KrispCall and configuring the integration to match your workflow.

Benefits of Integrating KarmaCRM With KrispCall

1. Automatic call and SMS logging

Calls and messages made or received through KrispCall get logged directly to the matching KarmaCRM contact, so your team doesn't have to enter call details or message history by hand.

2. Centralized contact and conversation history

Access relevant customer details alongside calling and messaging activity to understand previous interactions before following up. This gives teams the context they need to handle each conversation more clearly.

3. Faster, more personal customer follow-ups

With call and message history already in your workflow, your team can jump into a conversation prepared and follow up faster instead of tracking down past details first.

4. Call notes logged alongside customer records

Record notes from any call and keep them tied to the relevant customer information. Easily refer back to previous discussions when handling future calls, tasks, or follow-ups.

5. Better team visibility and collaboration

Shared access to customer details, calls, messages, and follow-up activities helps create a clearer record of each relationship. Teams can use this history to understand past interactions and plan their next steps.
