# How to Enable Microphone Access for KrispCall on Android

If no one can hear you during calls on the KrispCall Android app, chances are your microphone access hasn't been enabled. Without this permission, the app won’t be able to pick up your voice, leading to frustrating, one-sided conversations. 

Luckily, giving mic access is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below to make sure KrispCall can use your microphone for smooth and uninterrupted calling.

**Here’s how to enable it:**

1. Go to your phone’s Settings → Apps → KrispCall.
2. Tap Permissions.
3. Select Microphone and choose Allow.

Once permission is granted, KrispCall will be able to access your mic for seamless calling.

**Alternatively:**
When you first launch the KrispCall app, you’ll see a prompt asking for microphone access. Just tap Allow to grant permission.
