How to change the Credit Card on your KrispCall account?



To change the credit card on your KrispCall account, simply follow these steps:

Step 1: “Log in” to your KrispCall account, go to the Settings and click on Plan Subscription.



Step 2: In the Payment Method, click on + Add Card button.



Step 3: Provide information like Card Holder's Name, Card Number, Expiration Date, CVC, and ZIP/Postal Code. Once you are done, click on the Add Card button.



Step 4: Now, to make the new card primary, click the click on the Radio Button on its left. After that you'd be good to go.



Well done! You've just updated your credit card, and now all conversational costs will be deducted from the new card when you use KrispCall.

How to Remove Old Credit Card from KrispCall?



If you want to remove the old Credit Card associated with your KrispCall account, you need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the Settings and click on Plan Subscription.

Step 2: Under the Payment Method, you will see a list of cards added to your account.

Step 3: Identify the card you want to remove from the list of existing cards and click on the Remove option next to it.



Step 4: In doing so, a pop-up will open asking for confirmation. Click on the Remove button and you are good to go.



Note: “This process can only be done if you have provided the details of more than one Credit Card.”
